Timberland Partners

Timberland Partners is a real estate investment, management, and development firm. Naturally, they serve very distinct—yet equally important—audiences, but their website spoke to none of them particularly well.

In order to focus their messaging and heighten brand perception, I created three distinct websites that all fit within the overarching brand look and feel.

Having these distinct destinations allowed us to expand the messaging of each division of the company, leading to a strong and actively engaged email list of investors, a space for renters to explore communities, and a more robust home for recruitment content.
